I can't get Thunderbird to stop billing my credit card for monthly contribution

I am a long time Thunderbird user and set up a monthly donation. I no longer have access to that Email account and I need to stop the donation. The Donor portal won't work because it requires me to access my original email account.

Go here: https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/donate/help/ and click the option 'I need help with something else' and a dropdown window should open where you can write your request. Let us know if this does not work. thank you for your years of support. :)
