When trying to use the pay with Pay Pal button on any site that offers Pay Pal payment, a new about:blank tab opens but never links to Pay Pal. This issue does not occur on my desktop or when using Safari. This was worked in the past but has only recently occurred.

I have the same issue. I have Block Pop-up Windows, Block Images, and Tracking Protection all off. I have cleared Browsing History, Cache, Cookies, and Offline Website Data, then rebooted the iPad. All to no avail.

On all online sales sites, clicking the PayPal button or PayPal Pay Later button opens a new tab with “about:blank” in the address bar, but no PayPal Login pop-up window. It works fine on Windows and Android.
