Viewing unified folders and all folders

When "viewing" unified folders, the unified folder is shown at the top of the folder pane; when "viewing" both unified and all folders, the unified folder is at the bottom of the folder pane. Is there a way to move it to the top when also viewing all folders?

The one at top is the last changed. SO... untick unified and then retick it. That makes it the last changed, so it should now appear on top.
