Update 102.3.1 20220928170044, installed 10/06/2022 at 2:14:27 PM, deleted emails saved in Inbox and Sent folders. Also deleted other folders containing critical saved emails. Is there a recovery?

New info; Some of the folders were moved. Was able to recover Inbox and Archives by selecting Recent Folders. Still have not recovered Sent emails. Other folders still missing.

Imap account? Or pop? Also, what exactly do you mean by "folders were moved"?
