When I am browsing with firefox, youtube behaves as if I am not logged into my youtube account even when I clearly am. My youtube avatar shows up and I can look at my data in youtube, so I am obviously logged in. However, when I try to subscribe or unsubscribe, it doesn't let me. When I try to add a video to my favorites, it doesn't work.

Other browsers do not have this problem, only firefox. I already tried a clean re-install with all addons removed and it STILL acts like that.

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

Warning ! ! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to. You may also lose any settings for that website.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

I deleted the cookies, cleared the cache, started in safe mode and disabled hardware acceleration. The problem still persists.

This didn't solve the problem either. I frequently delete all browser data and the cache. I also completely uninstalled firefox and deleted the profile folder after backing it up on a usb. I then freshly installed firefox clean and the issue was still there so I highly doubt it has anything to do with settings or website data.
