Every time I start up Firefox it hangs or just asked me to restart/submit crash report, even when I start up in safe mode. I have tried Uninstalling and re-installing with no success. Here is the latest crash report. Please help.

hi, did you change the system's default page file settings by any chance? if so could you please try to revert that: https://lifehacker.com/5426041/understanding-the-windows-pagefile-and-why-you-shouldnt-disable-it

No only did if fix the problem, but it helped in other problems I was having... THANKS!
