I have downloaded Thunderbird on to a new PC but cannot get it to install properly. When I try to open Thunderbird, I get a message "Your Thunderbird profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible." What do I do to get it to install properly?

I want to copy my profile from another PC but need to get Thunderbird to install properly. Thanks
