How do you choose a device in responsive design mode in Inspect Element now?

I used to be able to choose from a list of devices in the "mobile" RDM of Inspect element. I can't find that even though some recent sites mention it. Now I can only see various screen sizes. I need some of the specific device options back, some sites only work for me that way. Can I still find them somewhere? This is as of about Feb 2018.

If on windows, press Ctrl+Shift+M, otherwise in the menu button under web developer tools, click Responsive Design Mode. Where it says no device selected, click there.

This is true. But that whole section wasn't loading at the time - just the screen sizes etc. at the very time. But since the bar was back today so I can choose device it must've just been a fluke. As long as it isn't gone forever!  :) Thanks for your time.
