Everytime I send an email a copy gets put in my inbox and my sent mail folder. If I delete it from my inbox it gets deleted from my sent mail folder. Please help, I'm soooooo frustrated.

Are these Inbox messages in a column labeled Correspondent with arrows indicating inbound and outbound? If so click the icon at the right end of the header bar and turn From on and Correspondents off.
