This support forum is for Thunderbird, and your issue is not with Thunderbird, but I will try to help anyway.

Does this happen with every e-mail you send to anyone, or just to one or two people? If it is just to a few people, then they need to tell their e-mail service/program that your e-mail is not junk/spam. Then your e-mails will not go into their spam folder anymore.
