The screen on my Keon is shattered. Fortunately, it still responds to touch. Just in case, I wonder:

How would I unlock my Firefox OS phone if it stops responding to touch?

I'm running 1.3 on my Keon, and on my Flame (screen still good!) it's the 3.0 nightly.

On Android one can connect a mouse: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TTW0yfol_kQ

Hi Fekle,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to connect a mouse to Firefox OS. You may write to our Advocacy Team to suggest new features and provide feedback about your Firefox OS usage:

I have also previously asked the B2G teams if it's possible to recover a phone without having the password. The short answer, is that for security reasons, this is not possible.

I hope you find this information useful. Please let us know if you have any other questions about your Firefox OS device.

Thanks for clarification, Ralph! Fortunately, the screen of my Keon still works, although it does not look good.

Concerning providing feedback, isn't it better to file a bug report on Bugzilla straightaway?

I just searched "mouse" with "Firefox OS" as product in Bugzilla, and there were no results results concerning connection of a mouse.

Judging from other bug reports, it is possible to connect a mouse, at least with certain Firefox OS devices:

The clerk in a phone shop today told me that, for this to work, the hardware of the device needs to support USB On-The-Go. With an adapter I just checked: When connected by USB, the optical mouse's LED stayed off.
