I've downloaded Thunderbird 3.61 and am trying to migrate mail in from Euroda. When I try I get the following msg:

"Sending of message failed. Unable to open the temporary file C:\Users\Eric\AppData\Local\Temp\nsemail-6.eml. Check your 'Temporary Directory' setting."

I have cleared all attributes from all directors in this path. For some reason Tbird is still not managing to retrieve the temp msg they send. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Chosen solution

The problem for the time is gone. I think someone on this forum (which I don't use often and find very unclear) commented that Yahoo Mail was something of a burden to the company and hence not given much attention. After getting some more advice I did indeed find a brand new certificate from Yahoo installed in Eudora in the last couple of days - it was not trusted natch - so I manually added it to trusted list and Eudora itself is working nicely now. I'm a happy camper.

That is an Avast issue, or at least every one I have seen til now has been. Create an exception in Anast for that file.
