Firefox 41.0b5 Adobe Acrobat DC - Create PDF could not be verified for use in Firefox and has been disabled

With the "update" to Firefox 41.0b5, the Adobe Acrobat DC plugin [Adobe Acrobat DC - Create PDF 15] has been disabled. This creates a major issue for me, and other users, as we are unable to perform the basic convert to pdf, and has resulted in many of us removing Firefox as the default browser!

Please advise as to how to begin to troubleshoot this issue, and help restore Firefox as a viable browser.
