I thought the easiest thing to do would be to delete Thunderbird, then reinstall it. But when I loaded the supposedly clean version, all my thousands of emails from years of using Thunderbird, are still there. I checked that there wasn't a Mozilla Thunderbird folder in Program Files (Win 7) before I reinstalled. What is the easiest way to delete many, many emails, all in separate folders (I have 17 sub-folders under Inbox and 2 separate email addresses set up). Thanks,

Look at this article...... It is in your windows appdata directory, not in Program FIles.

Thanks so much, a quick look at the page certainly seems to solve my problem. I thought it had to be either hidden or in the registry, I'm just thankful I don't have to touch the Registry even though this looks fairly daunting. Now away to follow the rest of the article.
