Everything is updated with Firefox on my laptop. I cannot launch any websites from the address bar. Nothing at all happens when the website is typed in the address bar and when I click on the arrow to launch, nothing happens. I can launch from Internet Explorer though.

hello, firefox 20.0.1 has been released to fix an issue with the address bar. can you go to firefox > help > about firefox and check if you're already on firefox 20.0.1 (or else perform the update).

Is your Firefox profile folder located on a network drive?

Maybe it is possible to map this network share to a drive letter instead and update the profiles.ini file accordingly to avoid using an UNC path.

I am getting this same issue. Open Firefox 20.0.1, type in an address in the addy bar properly and nothing happens...NOTHING!!! I've had to resort to IE because I am having an issue w/ Chrome. Who can fix their issues first, Chrome or Firefox. Whoever gets it first wins me over! LOL
