"Show all History" is not an option. Words not highlighted.

I needed to go back to something I had looked up several weeks ago. When I clicked on History the first option "Show all History" was not in dark letters, actually, the first 3 options are the same way. Can not be chosen. I need help. I have rebooted etc, done all the normal things.

A possible cause is a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.
