Unchecking the Menu Bar option does not display the orange Firefox button - I'm running FF5 under XP - how can I get the FF button to appear, please?

After upgrading to FF5 the appearance of the top of the window remained unchanged, no orange Firebox button appeared. Tried the Help and followed instruction to right-click on toolbar space and uncheck Menu Bar, but the orange button still not visible (Menu Bar becomes hidden as expected, though). No other symptoms.

You're right - I was running WindowBlinds themes manager; turning it off brings up the Firefox button.

Many thanks for the quick response.
