Samsung Galaxy Spica do have ARM11 (ARMv6). But you put that phone under "Unsupported" list for Firefox Mobile.

Why do you list it as "Unsupported"?

ARM11 is an ARM architecture 32-bit RISC microprocessor family which introduced the ARMv6 architectural additions.

The ARM11 family are currently the only ARMv6-architecture cores.

Mobile Firefox requires a processor that supports ARMv7 architecture. You may be able to run the experimental ARMv6 builds, for details see https://wiki.mozilla.org/Mobile/Platforms/Android
