when i try to seach something in bing my whole laptop freezes and i cannot get out except for turning it off

i have just started having problems with my seaching on my laptop. when i put something in bing it brings up suggestions but then it freezes my whole laptop. i cannot control alt delete to get out of it. the only way i can get out is to turn it off.

Do you have McAfee Site Advisor installed, that extension has been causing problems particularly with search sites. If you have it try disabling it to see if Firefox works.

Mozilla are planning on blocking older versions of McAfee Site Advisor in Firefox 4 due to the problems they cause.
