If you have an active subscription, contact the Mozilla VPN team directly:
Log into your account at https://accounts.firefox.com, click manage next to Subscriptions, and click support.
-- Otherwise, did you have an active subscription before? Are you using a Debit VISA/ Debit MasterCard?
What country are you located in and what is the state/province and country associated with the credit card?
