I am trying to set up a new account for Sync. Fill in info, click "create", get a "working" message and then nothing, it just keeps working, 2 hours?

I tried to set up new account. added email, PW, age, clicked create account. get a working message, and it just keeps working, yesterday, today for about 4 hours and nothing. Is it not working?
