running W7 64 bit. Am trying to re download Thunderbird, 38.5.1 which disappeared when I rebooted PC. Gets to setup type, when I get to next I get a message that says "Your computer must be restarted to complete previous upgrade of Thunderbird. Do you want to restart now?" If I reboot there is still no Thunderbird.
