cannot get ,cvs address transfer to be visible in thunderbird

Trying to transfer address or contact file using .cvs file to show up in Thunderbird. The file name of transfer shows up, but nothing shows up when clicked

This is often the result of not correctly aligning the two columns of "fields" in the import.
