This site requires Flash, which you don't have. Download Flash from Adobe and install it. Restart Firefox after that. Select Plugin-based browsers - the EXE version. https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html

You may also want to update Silverlight or simply uninstall it if you don't use it.
