Firefox crash after launch

after i install firefox - first time automaticaly open the browser after installing everything is fine. after i close it and try to open it for the second time - i got this bizzare thing (see pic attached) stuck in the top left corner and its not responding. tried reboot, reinstall, install somewhere else ... nothing what should i do?
