Hi Irene172001,

I understand that you would like to recover the PIN to unlock your Firefox OS device.

Unfortunately, for security reasons, this is not possible. The only way to use your device once again is to do a factory reset of the phone.

Depending on your device's make and model, you can navigate to the factory reset menu by turning your phone on while holding the volume up, or volume down button.
