How Do I Switch Back to Microsoft Internet Explorer?

If I should not like Mozilla Firefox as my default browser, how can I make Microsoft Internet Explorer my default browser once again. The instructions at http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/How%20to%20make%20Firefox%20the%20default%20browser say, "To make another browser as the default, use the settings in the browser you wish to be your default." Now that is all well and dandy, but there does not appear to be a similar configuration in Internet Explorer to that described on the noted web page. So what specifically do you have to do to make Internet Explorer your default brower if you want to go back to it?
