Firefox VPN - Add On button / toggle

more options

Why doesn't the VPN have an add-on button / toggele for the Firefox Browser? Firefox provides this for 3rd party software (I was using expressvpn) . It makes it much easier to turn VPN off and on to identify that it is on whilst I am browsing. Same for my android device - Express VPN shows up in my settings tray - easy toggle.

Hello Clive,

The Firefox Private Network is a browser extension that costs 2.99/month, versus the Mozilla VPN app that is a standalone app that costs 4.99/mo. The extension only covers browser activity and doesn't have any configurable settings, whereas the Mozilla VPN has more configuration options and covers all internet activity on the device.

To use the VPN, all you need to do is sign in and download the client from vpn.mozilla.org. Once you've installed it, you just need to open the client, sign in with your Firefox Account, and hit the switch to turn it on. As soon as it shows you're connected, your traffic will be encrypted and routed through one of our secure servers.

Regards,
