Hi, my zte open c mozilla firefox phone keeps turning or bricks of with full charge. I have to then open up battery and put it on again to make it restart as well as sometimes connect it to a laptop to turn it on again.the problem is that it just randomly turns of without any notice I tried looking for software update and rebooting the system but every time software update fails.i don't know what to do its very bothersome can u please fix it? Thanks

  • Who is your current cell phone carrier? Does this issue still occur with the SIM card removed?
