You have the older Shockwave Flash 9.0 r115 still installed, along with the Shockwave Flash 10.0 r45 version - you need to get rid of those before installing the latest Shockwave Flash 10.1 r85 version. Also, Java Plug-in 1.6.0_05 for Netscape Navigator (DLL Helper) - needs to be updated to the latest 1.6.0_22 version. Uninstall Java along with Adobe Flash.

Open the Windows Control - Add /Remove Programs and un-install those old programs from there. If you don't see Flash 9.0 r115 in Add / Remove Programs, you'll have to delete NPSWF32.dll' from this Firefox folder.
C:\Program Files\Mozilla\Firefox\plugins\ - Firefox doesn't allow plugins to be installed into that folder in Firefox 3.6+ versions, but that file might still be there from an older version of Firefox, you need to delete that file manually.

1.Download the Flash setup file from here:
Adobe Flash - Plugin version.
Save it to your Desktop.

2. Close Firefox using File > Exit
then check the Task Manager > Processes tab to make sure firefox.exe is closed,
{XP: Ctrl+Alt+Del, Vista: Shift+Ctrl+ESC = Processes tab}

3. Then run the Flash setup file from your Desktop.

Download the latest version of Java from here:
