If you are user ******* It states you are banned due to abuse. I suggest you contact your provider.
I have contacted my provider and they say it is not their problem, as I can send mail via my account but unable to via Thunderbird. They say it is a Thunderbird problem.
Their server rejected he message and issued the error. Ask them why. Sending via the providers Webmail interface does not use the SMTP server that rejected you and comparing the two in meaningless. If they are not smart enough to know that you might want to find a competent provider.
Ask your provider for the current settings for their SMTP server and check what you have in Thunderbird. Maybe you need to update so thing.
Thunderbird is an email client. It hands the messages to your providers server. Your provider does the rest.
