Unable to write the email to the mailbox. Make sure the file system allows you write privileges, and you have enough disk space to copy the mailbox.

is your hard disk full? If not you probably have issues with your antivirus program locking the files in Thunderbird profile folder when it is trying to access them. Create an exception in the antivirus for Thunderbird profile folder.
