how do i delete a mail filter
I need to delete some of the email filters that i set up as 1 of them is sending all my mail to one place??

In the old fashioned menu across the top (press alt if you don't have this), Tools|Message Filters.
Select the unwanted filter and delete it or clear its "enabled" checkbox. Note there are discrete sets of filters for each of your accounts.
