After closing firefox, I keep getting this error message.

We're sorry to hear that your Firefox seems to be crashing. Please perform the following steps to give us a crash report ID that helps us find out more about the cause of the crash.

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox location bar (that's where you enter your website names) and press Enter. You should now see a list of submitted crash reports.
  2. Copy the most recent 5 report IDs that you see in the crash report window and paste them into your forum response.

The problem with that is the crash happens after Firefox closes, so the report ID doesn't save.

Every so often Firefox crashes right after i close it, which i find out about right away with a quick glance at the windows 7 reliability monitor which i started checking right after i close Firefox since this problem started. It doesn't crash every day, sometimes a whole week will go by without a problem and then it will start up again. I did several scans with my antivirus program which came up with nothing, i also made sure my plugins were up to date, and i still have the crashing after closing issue occasionally. Any suggestions for something else i could do to troubleshoot this issue?
