Caremark.com PDF order form will not load.

CVS/Caremark is one of the biggest mail order drug houses and they are the ones my health plan chose to use. When I first installed Firefox 4 I soon discovered that "4" would not open the PDF order form on Caremark's web page (log on required). It just threw up a screen labeled "about:blank." When I went to another Windows XP computer that still had Firefox 3.6 the PDF order form displayed as I had seen it in the past. I could also get the order form on the original computer when I used IE or Chrome. I sent an email to Caremark describing my experience and they responded with instructions on how to paint my barn (just kidding but almost true). I would like to know how I can downgrade my computer to Firefox 3.6. Thanks / Vic

To start out, I believe that your problem may be your PDF add-on or plugin. Check and see if your PDF add-on doesn't say Not Supported. Go to Tools > Add-ons. Reply here if this says that. You should see yellow lines diagonal on that add-on.
