I allowed pop-ups on a certain site (that was a mistake), now I want to block them.

When the yellow bar appeared at the top of the website, I said "Allow". Now I wish I hadn't and want to block pop-ups on this site.

Don't know how to correct this.

You can inspect all permissions for a website if you click the website favicon (Site Identification icon) on the left end of the location bar.

A click on the "More Information" button on the pop-up that opens will open the Security tab of the "Tools > Page Info" window.

Go to the "Permission" tab in the "Tools > Page Info" window to see all the permissions for that domain.

In the Tools menu select Options to open the Options dialog. In the Options dialog go to the Content panel. Click on the top Exceptions button to the right of "Block pop-up windows" to open a list of sites that you have allowed. You can remove the site from there.

I went to this place. There are many, many sites listed and they all say "block". I didn't see any that say "allow".
