Hiya, Ever since Thunderbird upgraded to 102.x.x I have had issues and now it is running version 102.1.0 the issues still persist.

1. Get no error while Thunderbird is minimised but it gives it away as no new messages have come in. 2. when open Thunderbird back up to full screen click on download it then says Account in operation please wait.

I can fix this by shutting down Thunderbird and restarting it. It takes a long time to download all the messages... and then it shows nothing anywhere. But, if you then click on your inbox. The messages are all in there. Regardless if you have filters or not they all go into inbox. To get the filters to work you open up the filters and then manually click and run on every single one SIGH.... once you have done that the filters seems to work as normal ( If you do not manually go in and run the filters it will not work regardless how many new messages come in) at least until it fails next time. Which for me seems to be around once per day. Then rinse and repeat....

Hopefully someone comes up with a solution to this issue soon. Regards and thank you for any help received.

Have you tried this with windows 10 started in safe mode?

Are you using the pop option "fetch headers only"? Or have Thunderbird "quarantine" Setting enabled?
