I have to use Explorer because it's the only browser that the program works correctly in. I have to have pop up blocks on per my organization. When sending an email Thunderbird gets block as a pop up. what website should I enter to allow them to come up.

Website? Thunderbird is email client software running on your computer.

When you want to allow pop ups from certain sites you have to include them on a list. So when you request an email to be sent. Thunderbird creates a pop up window to compose that email. There should be a domain that can be entered to allow it to bypass the block set up on explorer.

No there is not. It is software running on YOUR computer. Ask your organization how to use the required pop up blocker because this has nothing to do with Thunderbird.
