Attempting to open my bank statement, receive error " browser doesn't have plug in or helper application". Went thru some basic browser settings: updated version, clear cache & cookies, unblocked pop ups. Only option is to download statement then print.

First, you probably will get the best results printing from your stand-alone PDF reader application (e.g., Adobe Reader) compared with printing from Firefox's built-in viewer. To select your internal or external viewer, check the setting described in the following article:

One of the options should be to open the PDF automatically in your stand-alone PDF reader application -- Firefox will store the PDF in the Temp folder and not ask you where to download it.
