When i open normal tab with Yandex search and search something, i get yandex captcha every time

When i open private tab firefox (also waterfox\librefox), i get captcha every search google.com. Change proxy with FoxyProxy fixing problem

Google chrome \ vivaldi \edge \ yandex browser and other chromium browsers doesnt have this problem

What would cause websites not responding. I have no malware and the cache is clean. Could it be in the properties, or whatever.

i log in att/yahoo or gmail, email on the web browser as well your website right now using the latest firefox browser and the letters are kind of foggy, i will attach a screen shot for you. the problem doesn't happen when i use microsoft edge or chrome, can you please fix it? thank you, Liev

Hi, I got a new laptop recently and ever since then I've been experiencing this problem. Websites like https://tabs.ultimate-guitar.com or https://ukutabs.com offer the option to autoscroll, so that you can play your instrument without having to pause your playing and scroll further yourself. This feature hasn't been working for me ever since I got my new device and since it's various sites, I suppose the problem must be in the browser itself, I just can't figure it out. In the case of Ultimate Guitar, when I click autoscroll, it does move slightly, once, but then stops again, and you'd miss the movement if you're not paying close attention. I can switch between various speeds on this site as well, but it doesn't do anything. In case of Ukutabs, there's not even any kind of response from the site when I click the option. I tried turning on and off Firefox settings concerning autoscrolling and smooth scrolling, but nothing solved my problem.

Firefox tells me to close program because Firefox is already running. When I close Firefox then re-open Firefox: same message. When I check Firefox in Task Manager, there are anywhere from 6 instances of FF running and sometimes up to 24. Something needs fixed.

Why is this? I assume DNS but what is Firefox doing to redirect to the unsecured site that other browsers aren't?

My computer crashed while updating from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Unfortunately, I had someone look at it and he formatted my hard drive and only did a partial backup of files. I thought my Mozilla Firefox account was syncing, but it seems like it did not happen in a while. Does anyone know if there's any hope in recovering the lost tabs and bookmarks? For some reason any time I try to access Yahoo I am automatically differed to the German site. Even if I manually enter yahoo.com I am deferred to "de.yahoo.com/?p=us". On other browsers there is no such issue.

When attempting to update my Mozilla account from my Firefox settings, I was unable to add my secondary email address because of an error message stating that the secondary email account exists...

Repeating this action in case of a bug resulted in being locked out of that particular window.

I have no idea what that error message means, nor how to circumnavigate it. Please help!

I can't download anything anymore. I get the "failed" message. I see in support questons that this has been going on for a long time even though there have been repeated "fixes" reported. I've used Firefox for a long time and really prefer it, but I'm having to change to Chrome to be able to complete my work.

I want to use the search field for search and the adressbar to enter adresses. Unfortunately it doesn't let me enter adresses, they all get routed to a search provide (google) and I can't acees my router

How can I dsable the search in the adressbar?

Setting browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.improvesearch.handoffToAwesomebar (are you kidding me?) to flase does not help

Videos can't be played at higher playback speed Bug

On firefox, I cant play videos at higher playback speed or it'll only play audio or video will endlessly buffer. Using user-agent spoofer and changing to chrome makes it a little less worse but still the problem sustains. On Brave, the video doesnt have any effect of higher playback speed rather it'll make the video buffer and have very strong red contrast.
