im trying to delete the update thing for the software updates and ever time i go to AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Mozilla Firefox its not there appdata and local is but nothing after that please help

What instructions are you trying to follow?
Have you looked in Appdata\Roaming to see whether the file/folder you want is there?
That should be the correct location for the updates and updates\0 folder.

You can also check if there is an updates folder in the Firefox program folder or in the VirtualStore folder.
