I can't seem to get Trusteer Rapport to work with Firefox 14.0
When I downloaded Firefox 14.0, and I downloaded Trusteer Rapport, it will not show up when I open Firefox.

Got a response from Trusteer, unfortunately it does not support Firefox 14, they are going to send me an e-mail when it does. Thanks again for your help.

Does it appear as "disabled" here?
Tools > Add-ons > Plugins or
Tools > Add-ons > Extensions
When I check the bug system, there are many reports of crashes with Trusteer Rapport in Firefox 13 and 14: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/buglist.cgi?quicksearch=trusteer. That's not to say you shouldn't try to get it working, but maybe only enable it when it's absolutely necessary.
jscher2000, what do you mean by as "disabled" here? I still can't get Trusteer Rapport to work on Firefox 14.
If you look at your lists of Plugins and Extensions, can you find an add-on from Trusteer and is it disabled (grayed out)?
Trusteer Rapport is not listed in either Plugins or Extensions, even though I downloaded it.

No, there were no errors during installation for Install Rapport on Mac / Trusteer. It said installation successfully installed.
Could you try Trusteer support? If their add-on doesn't make it into Firefox after a successful install, they are in a better position to know what went wrong.
