i dont know it poped up and said down load the new firefox yahoo now im not verry good with computers .like i said i did unistall and reinstall the browser and spywear but it wouldnt go back on

I'll suggest you uninstall what you have downloaded, run a virus/spyware scan of your computer to make sure it's virus and spyware free. Then download from the following website. You should always download Firefox from either the built-in update system of Firefox or the following website. Please let us know your status after you have done these.

i did that but now it says my spywear isnt compatable with the new browser and when i tried to put my spywear back on my computer it said i couldnt because somthing is wrong with it

do i need to do all of them i ran the kaspersky befor i put browser back in you information was verry helpfull thank you verry much

I would suggest you do all three since each one has different definitions and might catch different kinds of viruses/spywares. As I said, you can always delete them once you finished your scanning, since you have Kaspersky already.

According toyour last post, you said you were able to put the browser back. So does it work alright now along with Kaspersky?

ive got both kaspersky and browser on still working on on my computer though i still dont think its right its better but kaspersky isnt right
