this SUCKS I downloaded 4.0 and still cant save my home page. Firefox is so smart why can't they fix their mistake. the average consumer does not have the tech skills to fix this mess up by Mozilla. I guess one year they can let us download the fix. meanwhile we can go back to IE now they both can be crap and trash browsers. You had everything right Firefox until you starting wanting to be like IE.. or whoever else you wanted to be like to compete? This is so disappointing and SUCKS!!!!!

I have tried all the pages and pages of tech stuff to fix this issue and nothing works. I need step by step instructions because I am not a tech person just a simple old guy. I have way too much stuff in my firefox to uninstall it and reinstall it. so tell me what do I do in short simple steps. Thanks, this is very frustrating.
