I am having trouble opening links from websites I am currently on. The window will pop up but the content is blank. What should I do?

I do not know if this is a result of something I did, or something that happened when I updated Firefox. Any help would be appreciated as I really need the windows to show the content I want to see. An example of what I am talking about: I was on Verizon's website and I wanted to sign up for more information on the iPhone. When I typed in my e-mail address and hit the submit button, another screen pops up and where there would be a web address, it says "Search Bookmarks and History" but will not show me the content.

Do you have that problem when running in the Firefox SafeMode?

Don't select anything right now, just use "Continue in SafeMode."
