Thunderbird - Login to all Pop3 accounts is no longer possible

Hello, everyone,

The login in Thunderbird can no longer be made. (all POP3 accounts affected). Affected accounts are: srch0220@linde.com srch0221@linde.com srch0222@linde.com srch0223@linde.com srch0224@linde.com srch0225@linde.com

Regarding the screenshot 55.png the approval request has been already done last week, but now answer received.

These accounts are already configured & fetching mails via OAuth2 authentication in Genesys. Our IT help desk advised us to check with your support the process to connect via OAuth2 or any compatibility issue.

This is a Microsoft message telling you the company IT department needs to allow Thunderbird to access mail on the mail server. I understand Microsoft have been messing with setting and permissions on exchange in recent times, but your IT folk need to get with it.
