So far only countries such as Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, the UK, and the US have access to Mozilla VPN.

We are not Mozilla employees but volunteers so we don't know when your country can get access to Mozilla VPN.
