Desktop Not Syncing Open Tabs to Mobile Devices

I can not see my synced tabs from my desktop computer on both my mobile devices(Phone & Tablet)? When I go to the synced tabs on my phone, I see the tablet and the desktop computer listed. The tablet shows all the synced tabs from the phone but the desktop computer shows the message "no open tabs" which I do. When I go to the synced tabs for the tablet, I see the phone and the desktop computer listed. The phone shows all the synced tabs from the tablet but the desktop computer shows the message "no open tabs" which is not the case once again. The crazy thing is that both the tablet and the phone synced tabs all show up on the desktop computer as they should. What if anything am I missing? Also, all three devices are all Samsung. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
