Hi Firefox users, is a pleasure contact with you. The reason I write you, is because I have a weird situation: In my work I develop web sites. Then, I have a certain pages that uses Crystal Reports. Recently, I use the Mozilla Firefox to use that web site. All was fine, but weeks ago, a user tolds me, that when download a pdf file from the website, the extension of that file is not PDF. I try to update the browser to the new version, but dosent´t work. Then I had to download again Mozilla Firefox, and then finally works. Then the download works perfectly...but then the user told me again that the issue appears. I check again, and I see when there is an update in the browser, tha file extension is changed. My question is: Is there a form to avoid or solve that issue? The equipment is a MAC. That issue only appears in the MAC and in Firefox (in other browsers and in Windows works fine). If it helps something, that PDF file is downloaded by Crystal Reports. Thank you so much, have a nice day.
