Hello everyone

My problem is repeated Firefox a/c drop outs when using Firefox. - four or five a week. When re-logging back-in I have to go through the same routine of getting a OTP from Mozilla and putting it in to get back on. This has been going on for 4/5 months when for some reason Mozilla/Firefox thinks I am using a different device when I am absolutely not. I use the same PC on the same wi-fi provider using the same router, logins etc. A few months ago all my Lock-wise password details disappeared and I haven't seen them since ... arghhhh! Even when I put a few back in and manually sync them, they are gone at the next login. Something is not right here, but I am clueless as to what though ... any ideas folks?

Windows 10 64bit, up to date, latest Firefox installed. WiFi hasn't dropped out in literally years.
